At Tribe Six, we adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as administered by Consumer Affairs Victoria. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair for products that:

  • Are faulty or significantly different from their description or sample.
  • Fail to perform as intended or expected.
  • Are unsafe or cause injury.
  1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or bank statement. The following conditions apply:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty, damaged, or unsafe, you may choose between a refund, repair, or replacement.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
  • Size or Fit Issues: For clothing and footwear, exchanges or store credit may be provided if the item is returned in original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of purchase.

  • In-Store Returns: Bring the item to our store with your proof of purchase. Our staff will inspect the item and process your return, exchange, or refund as applicable.
  • Online Returns: Contact our customer service team at [email/contact information] to initiate a return. You will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
