- Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
At Tribe Six, we adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as administered by Consumer Affairs Victoria. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair for products that:
- Are faulty or significantly different from their description or sample.
- Fail to perform as intended or expected.
- Are unsafe or cause injury.
- Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or bank statement. The following conditions apply:
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty, damaged, or unsafe, you may choose between a refund, repair, or replacement.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
- Size or Fit Issues: For clothing and footwear, exchanges or store credit may be provided if the item is returned in original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of purchase.
- Process for Returns and Refunds
- In-Store Returns: Bring the item to our store with your proof of purchase. Our staff will inspect the item and process your return, exchange, or refund as applicable.
- Online Returns: Contact our customer service team at [email/contact information] to initiate a return. You will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exceptions
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or not as described.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
